3.6/170 Do I need to ED at GULC?

I am looking at every school from 13 through 20; however, I do believe that Georgetown would be awesome for me. I like the Washington D.C. area and would like the experience of East Coast as I have spent all my life in CA.
My question is if I would need to throw an ED at GULC to get accepted.

No, and if you apply ED to UVA you are in, almost without a doubt.
damn, that 1 point makes a hell of a difference. with a 169 and same GPA, even with an ED no real shot at UVA, right?
