Easy enough - do I have a chance EDing at UVA?

If not, I'm retaking in December. I'm not settling for a school below the Top 20 unless I get a full scholarship or something.

EDIT: Not a Virginia resident.

Unfortunately, no. I did spend two months at UVA for a summer program, but I know that means nothing.

why dont you do a ED and retake? hedge your bets.

ya, if you won't settle for outside t20 then you need a retake, even wustl looks like a waitlist.

So I should ED to UVA now, and if I get rejected/waitlisted, I can reapply in December with a new score?

Yeah, I know.

I'm just frustrated because messing up the last LG was the difference between a 164 and a 168.

LSP gives me a 41% chance at UVA ED...

What law school predictor is telling you that that many people have stats below you. The issue is that this doesn't take into account URMs, in state, special circumstances, splitters, etc. It also says 70% at WUSTL are below you, but if you look at LSN you'll see almost everyone with your numbers was waitlisted. I'm not saying don't ED, i'm just saying you should expect a rejection (maybe a waitlist but you won't be at the top of that pile). Retake, and kill it. FWIW i'm considering a retake as well because I missed 2 on LG when I never miss LG.
