Top Law Schools

I would have to re-take in Dec which is pretty late in the game, but I really want Harvard or Yale.

Duke '09 3.76 GPA, 173 LSAT

Should I re-take? I'm also concerned that applying so late would hurt me with other schools if I don't improve significantly

For Y/H, you need to retake. 176+ is necessary with your GPA.
