I think I have good enough numbers to get into Pepperdine and Loyola, but what are my chances at getting some cash? I've heard of others with pretty much the same numbers as I had getting $84K to Pepperdine last year. I'm a non-URM (Asian so I'm probably over-RM), decent PS and LOR, and A LOT of public service/volunteer/charity/public interest work.
Do you think I have an outside chance at USC if I write a really good PS/Diversity Statement that trumps up my Public Interest work/experience?

Yeah, that was my general thinking, but I didn't know if USC gave a boost to public service applicants. I'm now wishing I was a URM.
