Hi,
I'm having trouble finding people with a similar retake pattern on LSN. I'm guessing that I'm good for MVP and have a decent shot at CCN. Any other ideas?
Very un-prestigious community college/commuter school, strong recs from professors, average PS. Worked during undergrad but not anywhere impressive.

Anyone? If it makes a difference, I might write a DS (gay), but I'm not sure if it would be that strong.

Wow, glad to hear it. I think I'll apply to my local MVP plus all 3 of CCN. I was worried that they would look at my LSAT retake less favorably than someone who got a 171 the first time around.
If your DS can complement the rest of your application, go for it. Probably can't hurt, and any bump in your softs will help beat kids with similar scores (like me... 3.89, 171). Then again, if when you finish it it looks superfluous, don't submit it.
