where should i apply? what are my chances at the t14s? i have legacy at cornell.

You should get into Cornell, but that's about it for the T14.

sorry to bump, but do others agree with this? i should mention that i will be writing an addendum bc family-related issues affected my ability to perform re. the 163.

Yes, concur. Cornell is very likely the only T14 you will get into. And an addendum is probably not in your best interest - no one cares why you got a 163, just that it wasn't your full potential (which is made obvious by the later 168). I think the risk of sounding whiny outweighs the chance of anyone finding it helpful.

You'll likely be waitlisted at Vandy and UCLA, but should get into USC, UT, and all the rest outside the T14.
