foreign student (~3.6-3.7) lsat 163 chances?

I finally can open a thread here after receiving my Oct LSAT score....I need some immediate help now since I need to sort out my applications over this weekend. Would really appreciate your help!
So I'm a foreign student applying from the UK with a high 2:1 which is roughly equivalent to a 3.6/3.7GPA ("above average" by LSAC). I was hoping to get a 165+ but unfortunately got a 163...not sure whether I should retake in december since I'll have minimal preparation time and it may harm my chances even more considering it's considered quite late in the cycle if I retake....if I settle with what I have for now, do I have a chance at any of the following schools??
Already applied:
Boalt
Michigan
Texas EA
Boston U
WUSTL
USC
Others that I wish to get into:
Cornell (I know chances is almost zero...but still wana give it a go...should I do EA or RD?)
UCLA
UIUC
Minnesota
Fordham
Notre Dame
UC Hastings
UC Davis
George Washington
Emory
Will I have a better shot if I ED at any of the above schools? And any suggestions what other schools should I look at for a realistic shot? Thanks!
