Arizona State, you could get in state tuition there after one year plus maybe a scholarship with your numbers.

University of Idaho: Very low tuition and you could probably get $$. Since it is the only law school in idaho you will have pretty decent employment prospects through out the state. Plus, boise is actually pretty close to spokane so you may be able to find some employment back in washington a couple of years down the road.
