Should I blanket the T-14? Any ideas for scholarships?
My PS is average and my softs are OK. Non URM

I think you have a shot, but Berkeley is a bit less number-based than other top schools, so it is hard to predict. I would work on improving your personal statement and getting in your application as soon as possible.
