Advice please!

So I got a 155 the first time around, and after 20+ practice tests and consistently scoring in the mid/high 160s, I ended up with a 155 the next time around again.
I was hoping to be a splitter, but clearly it's not written in my fate, so I'm accepting my scores and my 3.1 GPA, and trying to continue pursuing my law school goals.
I'm looking at primary California schools, like:
Pepperdine
Loyola Marymount
University of San Diego
But I'm open to outside of California as well. Can I get some insight as to where I could get with my scores?
