want to get in ED at michigan.

I'm inclined to disagree. I think you might have a small chance. One of my closest friend got into early decision (binding summer start) at Michigan two years ago with 163/3.85. She's not a minority, but she is from Michigan, which gives her probably a tiny boost.

No. She had a GPA above median at least, OP has neither GPA nor LSAT above median. (Even though she was still pretty lucky to get in with a 163 LSAT).

For even an outside shot at michigan, you'd need a 167. For a good chance, a 170+.

Necromanced to paint out, OP got in off waitlist (which almost no one does at Mich). So much for conventional wisdom!
