In at American, Indiana, Lewis & Clark, BC & BU.
Unlikely for Chicago.
Strong chance at GWU & Univ. of Washington.

Technically you are a reverse-splitter.

This is what you should do. If you can't even get yourself to retake the LSAT, that's just sad.

Apply UVA ED as soon as humanly possible. And if that doesn't work:

According to LSN, no one with a 162 LSAT was admitted to BU. IMO OP will be WLed at BU (and likley have the same result at BC). Denied at Chicago for sure. Not sure about the others because I do not know much about them.

Out at Michigan, Chicago

Chance at GW, BU, BC, Washington

In at American, Indiana, Lewis & Clark

If you don't want to retake, try throwing an app at WUSTL.

162 LSAT, 3.89 GPA
Double major, double minor
Good LORs and softs: internship with local congressman, elected position of College Democrats, manager of multi-cultural restaurant, semester abroad, campaign and volunteer experience

So what are my odds?

-Chicago (just for the hell of it, I'm fully expecting a rejection letter in the next few weeks)
-Michigan
-George Washington
-American
-Lewis and Clark
-Indiana (in-state)
-Boston - still haven't decided between BC and BU
-U of Washington

Brutal honesty appreciated
Doesn't it suck that despite all of your hard work, softs, and 4 years of studying one test can keep you out of the top schools? Despite the suckiness of the whole thing you should strongly consider a retake like everyone else mentioned - score in the high 160's and some of those schools will trip over themselves accepting you. Otherwise you're likely to find yourself having a rough cycle.
