What are my chances of getting into Indiana and Wisconsin? Also, I'm applying to the following schools and was wondering if you guys can think of any others I should try for:
Indiana
Wisconsin
Maryland
Penn State
Pitt
Temple
Oregon
Thanks so much!

Where do you want to work? Those schools are all regional.I would take Pitt and Penn state off- you can do better. Maybe add Wake Forest, William and Mary, Washington and Lee, Florida, and some reaches.

You should also include a few T20's (i.e., schools w/ reasonably national reaches). W/ a sufficiently compelling PS, WE, or good softs, you might have a shot.

Which Indiana? Bloomington? I can't say about Wisconsin, but my friend got into Bloomingto with a 159 LSAT. He did have a high GPA, but looking at their numbers, I'd say you stand a great shot. I'd even email them to ask for a fee waiver.

OP, unless you're chasing scholarship money (which, by your post that doesn't seem to be the case), I think you're undershooting. A 3.3/166 is competitive for the T30, maybe even the T20. Don't sell yourself short!

Definitely was Dani Dancer said. With a 166, and a 3.3, your probably have a good chance at every school ranked 21 to 30 and a shot worth taking at 15 to 20.

A 166/3.3 should consider applying to law schools ranked from #19 (WashUStL), #21 (Illinois), #22 (Minnesota), #26 (Iowa), #27 (Indiana) & UC-Davis, Alabama, Colorado, Wake Forest, etc.
