A 150 looks far worse than retaking a 3rd or even 4th time. If you need extra time to study just hold off a year on applying.Tajik wrote:If I retake the test, it will be my third time, would this look bad on my application?
Would the December test be late of the 2011 admissions?
I find that hard to believe o_OTajik wrote:Hattori,
I met with UofA (ranked 37th) admissions center to ask about their average int. student lsat scores. They said that it was in 140's and 150 was high for them... this gave me some hope for admissions to a better schoool...

This is simply not true. There must have been a misunderstanding.Tajik wrote:Hattori,

No law school you will be able to attend will help in any way with that goal whatsoever.

You really should do some more research about the legal field. Your ignorance is painful to read.Tajik wrote:\Well I didn't ask for advice of whether to go to law school or not, I have determined that long time ago for myself. I don't even know my final LSAT score yet, but I was looking at the bad case scenario of 150. I will certainly say that lsat score does not have anything to do with my ability to be a lawyer, esp. for foreigners. I dare you to take an lsat in a foreign language and see how you do.
+1. And no need to dare anyone. My first language is not English either but I scored 177 so what's your point?bk187 wrote:You really should do some more research about the legal field. Actually, LSAT has a lot to do with being a lawyer.Tajik wrote:\Well I didn't ask for advice of whether to go to law school or not, I have determined that long time ago for myself. And why would I take the LSAT in a foreign language? I'm not trying to work in another country. You, however, are. And your mastery of the English language will directly relate to how you do as a lawyer, since the outcome of a case can hinge entirely on your understanding or interpretation of a single word.
