I wouldn't imagine it could hurt. I'm basing the schools I'm applying to off this:

At everywhere except YHS (and maybe even then if you want San Francisco), you should be considering where you want to work. If you want to end up on the west coast, it'd be dumb to ED to Chicago. If you want to end up in the Midwest, it'd be dumb to ED to Berkeley. If you don't know where you want to end up, it'd be dumb to ED anywhere.

Edit: before I get smoked by the TLS T14 brigade, I'm not saying every law school is regional. I am saying that you have no idea how you'll do, and if you're at the bottom of a CCN (or T7-14), then the school becomes more regional than it otherwise would be. That's all.

Congrats on the stats, OP.

don't think you need to ED to those places. but if you do, i second the regional argument. if you are california resident and you want to work in chicago, i would ED to chicago. but if you want to work in california, you already have the connection there so you probably don't need to ED to chicago.

Berkeley has no ED. I also heard that it does not help to be a California resident, but I think based on your numbers, you have a good shot at both schools. If you are not sure, I would not ED anywhere.

Would it be foolish to take Berkeley over Chicago?
Based on these 2 factors, you should not ED.
