Where should I apply?

Hi, all. 2.75/151here. Military from 2001 to 2005, solid LORs from local elected officials, English is my second language and worked full time throughout college. Held leadership roles at church/military/work. Schools is Georgia or Southern California please. Thank you in advance.

Retake. I hate to be the bringer of bad news, but those numbers are not going to get you in to any school worth attending.
