Student Misconduct Effect on Chances?

Two questions:
1. If I have student misconduct, should I reveal it on my application? (Aka, will they ever catch me if I don't?)
2. If so, does student misconduct seriously hurt your admission chances?
Here's the incident in question: I was at the Rose-Bowl for the 2006 UCLA-USC game. And by "at", I mean I was technically there, but far far far too drunk to fully remember it. A douche bag in full Trojan regalia started calling people around me names. Naturally I grabbed a pom-pom (yes a pom-pom) out of a near by girls' hand and slapped him in the face with it. Security saw this, decided it was both retarded and inappropriate, and started to escort me out of the stadium... at which point ZAM! I slipped out of their grasp and ran away from security. Freedom didn't last long however, as I was quickly tackled by guards in front of several thousand people. ANYWAY... I got sent to the dean's office. I was given a warning, and that's all that ever came of it. What should I do with that on my applications?
As for my other stats that might affect admission: GPA 3.8, haven't taken the lsat yet (taking it in october), but PT 170-173
Thanks.
