Based on the LSAT scores reported here, it appears that the entire top 2.5% of all LSAT takers are on this very forum!
It is (nearly) statistically impossible for all of you to be scoring in the 170's...
Additionally, why the hell would a person with a 170+ NOT be competitive in the t25, regardless of GPA? I see someone reporting a 3.4 and 170, and people are saying he shouldn't apply to USC??

You do realize that something like half of people who take the LSAT don't go to law school?
Do you know what self-selection is?
Some schools have GPA floors, but I don't think anybody would tell a 3.4/170 not to apply to USC.

I dunno about USC, but I have a feeling whoever was able to put up such robust numbers as 170/3.4 is almost certainly a smart, charming, devilishly handsome man. Maybe I'm crazy, but there's something about that LSAT paired with that GPA that just oozes sex appeal and class. He's a lucky guy, whoever he is.

Sub 3.0 gpa with a 170 and no work experience would take you out of most t25's.

1) TLS selects for better students, partially because of the name, partially because go getters will actually look up law school related resources.
2)TLS makes for better LSAT takers. TLS encourages egregious overstudying for the LSAT. Being on TLS probably raised my LSAT by 5-6 points.
3) Sub 160 is objectively retarded.
4) TLS is the best resource for people who have a 170 and a 2.6 from South Dakota State Uni and 2.6 years of waitering. Every sub 3.0 I've met at NU is a TLS lounge poster.

All credited.
Can't comment on waiters from south dakota though sorry.
