168/3.45 ED at GW?

I want to go to GW, and I want to apply there ED. GW's merit scholarship sounds awesome. However, I'm worried about my numbers. My grades have had a definitely upward trend (my dad had a stroke my freshman year), but I'm still at a 3.45. I've worked/done internships throughout college, and I'm retaking the LSAT in October. Non-URM, but I have a moderate/severe stutter and plan to write a diversity statement (it's recognized by the ADA and I have documentation).
Thoughts? Suggestions? Other schools?

I don't think you will get in via ED, but you still might get significant money from em through RD if you have a compelling app.

Also, any chance at T14? Forgot to ask earlier.

Cornell, maybe NU with WE. I'd take GW over either though.

Out ED at GW, just because they only give 30 or so a year since it's a full ride.
In RD though, and probably with some money.

Very slim chance at Cornell, no chance at any other T14. You're also out at GW ED, but probably in for RD.

Yeah. I plan to apply to a LOT of schools- I've been soliciting and receiving merit-based and need-based waivers like crazy, so I can have a lot of options. I think I'm going to apply to GW ED (because why not? I'll just get deferred if not rejected), but keep my options open. I'm gonna do OSU, Tulane, WUSTL, USC, Colorado, UC-Hastings, BC, BU, Minnesota, Fordham, and maaaybe UCLA (long shot, i know) because I want to be in a city. And maybe Cornell, too, if I can get a need-based waiver (again, if it's $12, whatever). And some second-tier safety ones. GW is definitely my top choice, but I don't want to pay sticker and I want some options when ED fails.

You might try UVA ED. Your LSAT is right in the middle, but your GPA is a little low.
Who knows, maybe they will give you a bump because of the disability.

Probably out at UVA, even with ED...they really seem to want either a 170+ LSAT or a 3.85+ GPA (which makes sense, this moves their medians).

Probably, but of all the T14, they seem the best shot with ED.

Yeah... honestly, I'm pretty happy with the top 30/top 20 that are in cities. I feel like Cornell would be my best shot numberswise, so I may try there, but outside of that, eh. I'd be happy with GW/BC/BU, if that'd be plausible, or even OSU with some money. I'm looking for a top tier school in a city I like that I can afford to go to. So, my list has been: GW, BC, BU, OSU, USC, WUSTL, Colorado, and Fordham.
Oh, and Tulane, but if I continue this rate of po-boys, Mardi Gras, and Saints victories I may not make it to law school.
