167, 3.58.
I have had two legal related internships including an LOR from one of them. SIGNIFICANT upward trend. I also am writing an addendum to explain one of my semesters being significantly lower. B.S. in Financial Economics.
American University (applying to JD/MBA program)
Cardozo
UConn
Cornell (reach)
Fordham
GWU (applying ED)
Hofstra
University of Minnesota (fee waiver)
UVA (another reach.. is it worth it??)
William & Mary
Should I add more safeties? Likelihood of getting into them? Suggestions of where I could get $$?

I don't think you should have a problem with those.

I'm no expert, but this looks like a good list. You don't need another safety. I think you have good chances to get some money at W&M, Fordham, Minnesota, and GW (albeit without the full scholarship).

GW is an in. if you get your app in early enough you might even get money. Had a friend get her app in late there, same lsat but lower gpa and no internships, got her acceptance later ten days later.

Cornell and University of Virginia are my reaches. I think they're the only ones of the t14 that I'd have any chance.

I guess I agree that UVA is a reach. But, if you apply ED to Cornell I think you'd have a real good chance

I had numbers very similar to yours and got into a bunch of schools ranked in the 15-30 range, many with good scholarships. I would apply to a few more schools in that range like WUSTL, BU, and BC.

Where the hell is WashU??? It is a very splitter friendly school. You should be in, without ED.

Add the following:
USC
UCLA
Vandy
Wash U.
You don't need UConn or Hofstra, unless you have 0 softs and you do not plan to have a strong personal statement.

Seems like a good list (Add George Mason as a safety if by chance you are in state VA). Couple notes though - you won't get GW ED because its a full scholarship, but you have a decent chance at RD. It won't hurt to try, but its most likely a wasted opportunity to ED somewhere else if your into that sort of thing. Also someone suggested Cornell ED, but that doesn't exist.agoldst426 wrote:So, I decided to not apply to Hofstra yet but to add WUSL. Thoughts??

Cornell is out since their new medians are 3.70/168, so unfortunately you don't have a chance at T14.

This is wrong, their medians are 168, 3.7hefox wrote:I guess I agree that UVA is a reach. But, if you apply ED to Cornell I think you'd have a real good chance
Also, it seems people are missing that the GW ED program is for a full ride, which the OP will not get. But you could still get in after they shift you to RD.
