2.98 / 176 splitter seeking advice

Hi everyone,
As you can tell from the title, my numbers are a 2.98 UGPA and a 176 LSAT. Some other information that may be relevant:
- Upward trend in my last 3 semesters (45 credits)
- Top Canadian university
- Graduate degree with 3.8 GPA
Below is a list of schools that I am planning to apply to within the next few weeks and I plan on having all applications complete by the end of October at the latest.
Columbia
NYU
Michigan
Virginia
Pennsylvania
Duke
Northwestern
Cornell
Georgetown
George Washington
Boston University
Fordham
I have researched the schools on the list using LSN + LSP + TLS posts of splitters with similar stats so I have somewhat of an idea of what to expect but I would appreciate some further opinions. I would also appreciate advice on the best possible place to submit an ED app. I am personally leaning towards NYU (LSP goes from weak consider -> consider when I select ED to NYU) however this still seems like a longshot given that I have a sub 3.00 UGPA. I would really like to practice in New York and am thus leaning to schools in that area.
Please assume average softs / PS and chance away!
Thanks and GL to everyone in the upcoming cycle / october LSAT!
