What are my chances getting in at Ole Miss...

153/3.39
Active Duty military Officer with 3 deployments to OIF/OEF
Volunteer High School Lacrosse Coach for past three years
Graduated from Undergrad in 2005
Self declared Under Represented because I'm active duty military

Tell me what you think...

I think your chances are 50/50. I believe their medians are a point or two above yours, but you're close. Military experience will likely put you over the top unless Ole Miss happens to get a glut of applications next year or had an unusually large yield rate the year before or something. Are you from Mississippi?

negative. however, I will be able to gain residency because of my active duty status.

Below both medians is normally out. But being active duty military might help. A little. If you're from MS your chances go up. Retake the LSAT if you can.

But I'm right between the Median and 25%...someone has to be in that area right? :)

Also, retaking the LSAT is out. I'm deployed right now so both the Oct and Dec LSATs are out for me.

URMs and splitters, unfortunately.

It's not a waste to apply, but I wouldn't go unless you can get residency. If you get in, your numbers are probably too low to snag you money. It's not worth going to for anywhere close to sticker.
