Do URM applicants have a better shot than non-URM's with similar numbers at getting into the T14 every law school? Yes.

What numbers do they need? Check out http://www.lawschoolnumbers.com and http://www.lawschoolpredictor.com

Why? This is the kind of question that is a political debate and it is not allowed here. Suffice it to say that a URM bump exists because schools choose to do so.
