You should apply to all of the t14 schools.

Maybe except for HYS....but since you are a URM, with those numbers you should get into at least a few of the t14.

So let me get this straight: you're a 169/3.4 URM with solid work experience?

Yea. But probably not as much as the URM

EDIT: And by yea. I mean its a great soft to have. The amount that softs actually matter is probably pretty small in comparison to your numbers.
