I'd say you have a good shot at George Washington, since you want to stay on the coast. I don't know about how much you would get in scholarships though, and its expensive. Washington & Lee would be a good fit too.
I'll add George Mason and Cardozo. Also retake, if you think you can do better. With a GPA like that, a several point increase in your LSAT would do wonders, with places to get into and scholarships. Take a LSAT class if necessary, it's worth it.
