Georgetown is a stretch, as well as GWU. Nova and Pitt seem to place a bit more weight on GPA so I think those two are up in the air. I'd add Penn State. I would apply to USD instead of Cal Western and Thomas Jefferson. I'd also apply to Northeastern instead of Suffolk and New England. Cardozo took some URMs with your numbers last cycle (according to LSN). Overall, you should have some better schools (and better safeties) on this list.

Usually when someone asks this question, they would like to know what they are....as would I.

I honestly think you're selling yourself short. Do you have your heart set on a particular region or school?

That should eliminate most of the schools below. I won't bother applying to anything outside of T50, except Howard.
I think you should add UCLA and UVA. I think you should remove those highlighted in Red and keep the rest. If you want to apply to any schools in NYC, add Fordham and Cardozo to your list and for Massachusetts, Northeastern.
You really should be aiming much higher. That said, you can always wait a year, increase the GPA (since you're graduating in May 2011, right?) and apply to higher ranked schools. Good luck.
