Take Illinois money and roll with it. You scores are too much up and down to predict success and plus a 4th LSAT will not be a good showing to schools.

You can only take the LSAT 3 times in two years so retaking is probably out anyhow.

You can get a permission from a law school and take the test. One of my friends did it and took the fourth test.

Yes, but it looks terrible. Um, "Hello, I took the LSAT three times and my two highest score are nearly identical but I don't think it truly represents my ability." If anything, a much higher score would be taken as an outlier and non-representative.

Why didn't you apply to Vandy, Emory, WUSTL, etc.? The UVA, Cornell, Duke WLs are not surprising.
