3.8 GPA Gen Business Admin @ UF online program
167 LSAT
CommCollege for first two years. - got 10 W's, dropped all classes in first yr, but overall 3.5 GPA there.
Transferred jnr yr to UF
Will the W's severely hurt me?
What chances do I have with these schools:
UCLA
USC
UC Berkeley

I don't know about the rest but Penn is definitely out. I was deferred from ED with a 3.92/168/3.85 masters/military service and I am a PA resident.

UCLA- WL/out
USC- in
Berkley- probably out but who knows?
Northwestern- Out
Upenn- Out
If you can improve your LSAT score just a bit your chances increase significantly at all of these schools.

Last cycle I applied with roughly those same numbers (167, 3.72 LSAC score, 3.94 UG GPA)
I was out at Penn, Berkeley, and UCLA.
Northwestern had me on hold (but I have several years of work experience).
I got accepted at USC, but didn't stick around to see how much, if any, scholarship was offered.
In a better cycle, I'd expect more consideration at UCLA and maybe Berkeley. Penn seems unlikely without 3+ LSAT points, but isn't inconceivable.

UCLA - small
USC - almost 100%
UC Berkeley - close to zero
Northwestern - close to zero
UPenn - zero
