Disciplinary Record

I've been looking through past threads on this, but never found a real concise answer to this question: How detrimental is a disciplinary record to an application?
Personally, I was cited in a minor alcohol related incident my freshman year of undergrad. There was no serious punishment and my file was expunged before I graduated. For obvious reasons, I'm still going to disclose it on my application.
I've got a 3.77 gpa and a 167 LSAT. Is this record going to seriously inhibit where I can get accepted? Thanks for the help.
