Very unlikely at HYS+Berkeley (too low of a GPA), but great shot at Columbia and the rest.

i think you have a decent shot at hls and sls--with the work experience

your gpa is a little low but 174 is still about hls and sls medians so you'd be bringing them up there and your w/e likely diminishes the impact of your gpa being lower than their median

northewestern would probably dish out some serious money for you, you're their type but i guess if your employer is paying it doesnt really matter

Harvard is your better bet, I think; of the big three they are most lenient on low GPAs. Here are some comparable applicants from last cycle (searched: 174-175 LSAT, 3.7-3.79 GPA):

http://stanford.lawschoolnumbers.com/ap ... ,7&type=jd

As you can see, the only acceptances out of 20ish results are a 175/3.78 (Harvard) and 175/3.72 (Harvard). I'd definitely apply to Harvard, Yale, and Stanford, just don't get your hopes up. But, again, you are a lock for the next tier, Chicago, Columbia, and NYU, great schools all.
