What do you think my chances are? I have a couple good internships, one with a non-profit, and one with the state of NC.
How much did you study? What was your diagnostic?

I studied for 3 months, I would estimate 100 hours or so total. I started at 145 and I practiced between 159-161 with my best test at 165.

It sounds like you studied fairly diligently, but I would still consider a retake. While your in-state residency will definitely help your odds, even 2-3 more points would be huge.
