Top Law Schools

3.5 from top 10 undergrad business school. Scored a 166 on June 2010 LSAT. Retaking in October (my PT avg. was a 172, Low: 166, High: 178-- I think I can score higher next time without all the nerves). Hispanic (non-urm). I was wondering just to be comfortable. Do you think my current stats could get me into the following schools.

WUSTL
Emory
BU

167 seems to be the number for BU and WUSTL, based on this past cycle. I'd say in at Emory, WL at the other two, pending a retake.
