Does ED at Chicago make a big difference? I am considering, but only if it would increase my chances significantly.

OP's well below the 25 %ile and slightly above the LSAT median. Softs = solid, but admissions is a numbers game. "Good shot" might be overstating it a bit. LSP says "Weak Consider," and I'd tend to agree. OP: if it's truly your first choice, then ED there. You're not going to get money from U of C, as it is, so you have nothing to lose. Good luck.
