What are my chances if I apply to UPenn ED versus regular admissions?

170 LSAT (will retake in Oct)
3.26 GPA with Departmental Honors in one of my majors at Johns Hopkins
3 years Work Experience at big talent agency
Excellent Letters of Rec
Many years volunteer work w/inner city mentor programs.

You certainly have a decent shot with the WE.
However, it might not be enough.
