USC or ND?

Long time lurker, but I finally have something to talk about now that the June LSAT scores are out. Let me begin by saying that I've wanted to be part of the USC campus for a long time and am absolutely in love with the school. However, I'm also pretty debt adverse in this climate and from what I've read on here I don't think thats a bad position to take. I really like Notre Dame, too, and think I'd have a bit better shot at a scholarship going there. Although I'd prefer to stay in Los Angeles I'm all right with living just about anywhere. I know there are a lot of other options in between and around those two, but I feel like going to a campus I'm proud of will make a difference for me.
My numbers are a 3.44 and a 170. I have some graduate work, but didn't finish the degree because I didn't see it paying off for me. I've got a couple years of solid WE, but nothing legal related so I don't think it'll be much of a factor
Editing because I realize there isn't a question here, just the information. The question that was supposed to ride it was a series. 1) Do you believe ND transfers with any reliability back to Los Angeles and 2) do you think its overwhelming better to attend USC at probable sticker vs. ND with some sort of scholarship (big assumption, I know.) It seems like although USC is the better ranked school, California may be having such a hard time that it's sort of on the bottom of acceptable. Looking at all the great schools in the Midwest, I wonder if Notre Dame is in the same spot, though. Any information that might help me decide between these two would be appreciated.
