working-170/3.33 help???

hello~~
please tell me your opinion on my situation...
pitt grad... bad first year but gradually better grades so i ended up with 3.33 lsac gpa.
multiple lsats - 167 - 164 - 170.
work experience is about 1.5 years by the time i apply.
what are my changes at gtown & penn?
i'm also thinking george washington, bu, duke, cornell.
are all these stretches even with ED????
