I have a 3.59 UGPA, 3.75 Grad GPA and will be graduating my MA program in Theology next year.
I got a 167 on June 2010 test, having already gotten a 154 in June 2008.
Any opinions on the following list of schools, preferably with opinions on scholarships as well?
I would also like to know any schools which could place well in Pittsburgh outside of Pitt and the T14...
Reach:
Chicago
Berkeley
Duke
Penn
UVA
Michigan
Target:
Vanderbilt
WUSTL
Notre Dame
Safety:
Pittsburgh
Villanova

Out at the reaches and Vandy, in at the targets and safeties.

You're reaches are all pretty much rejects. Doesn't mean you shouldn't apply, just don't expect anything.
Likely in at Woostle and ND. Vanderbilt is almost assuredly going to WL you.
Throw and app to Emory; 166+ was pretty much autoadmit this yr. I would be astounded if you didn't get in with some cash. Hopefully for your sake their LSAT median won't rise.

Any particular reason for out at Vandy?
I figured I'd be in, as I'm above median on LSAT and above 25% on GPA.

Based on what they did this cycle, according to Law School Numbers, you're a WL.
Median LSAT and median GPA, however, are in.

Ah I see. I did a more detailed search on LSN and that verified your opinion. Thanks!
I'm still debating doing a retake in October. Although I did score higher than any preptest with my 167. I think I can do around 170 with more practice, but I'd really be looking for scholly money at a T20 rather than sticker @ T14. I have some time to decide on retaking.

Where in the country do you want to end up? A 167 may be good for the strongest school in the region you want to be in.
Retake is you think you can score higher I would say. You have the time.

I'm not really tied to any one area right now, but I'm leaning towards Pittsburgh (where I grew up and have family and stuff). I know Pitt has strong connections there, but I'd rather go to a better schools with more options. I've been told ND and Vandy both place well with connections in Pittsburgh and they have pretty strong national reach.

Your numbers are too low for any truly national school, so absent a retake, applying to a bunch of schools in regions where you'd be happy to end up ought to take care of it.
Incidentally, I'd throw an app to Texas too. Decent harder target/reach.
