The Master's degree will not help significantly. Basically, your numbers come first, and then only if they are within the school's range, do all the other factors get considered. Even then those other factors play a small role, it's mostly numbers.

You should apply to schools that are located in the area that you desire to work in (barring any acceptances from the top ~14 schools). So in order to give you advice on where to apply, it's necessary to know where you want to work after law school.

Also, a lot of people will tell you to retake the LSAT. If you think you can do better (164+), it is a very good decision to retake the LSAT.

Editing again, just to tell you that if you're interested in working in OK after graduation, the University of Oklahoma would probably be the best choice - especially if you get in-state tuition.

If you want to work in Dallas or Houston after graduation, I imagine that Southern Methodist and UHouston, respectively, would be good options - especially if given significant scholarship money.

Get a PHD or go work for the feds; a JD is not going to be very helpful.
