I just got my June 2010 score back, and got significantly higher than I expected. I have a 3.85 GPA at a small private college in NYC and 177 LSAT, what are my chances for a full ride at a top-15 school?

Since you'll be applying in September you'll probably get full rides for at least a few of 7-14, and you'll be looking at half rides or possibly a lucky full ride from a T6. In at Harvard of course.

I think you have a good shot at a Hamilton from Columbia and full ride from NYU. I have similar numbers (higher LSAT) and got full rides from both schools.

^this.

you'll probably get in at Harvard
half to full scholarship at Columbia
full ride to NYU (I got one of the named scholarships with similar #'s)
maximum scholarship at chicago (90k I think?)
full ride to UVA if you avoid YP
full ride to Penn if you avoid YP

just don't do anything stupid on your application (i.e. don't do a risky PS)

We are basically numbers twins. From all the research I've done, we have decent shots at full rides from any school that gives them. Harvard is close to a lock, especially if you have a conventional major and no red flags, though it sounds like you're looking for scholarships.

Let's hope our numbers do well next cycle!
