Top Law Schools

Hi, I've been lurking here for the last month or so. I have a 3.81 GPA from Fordham University and I just received a score of 164 my June LSAT (it was my first time taking the test). I have decent but not amazing softs ( I studied abroad and did an internship in London, have a part time job at Fordham Law, am on the E-Board for a couple of clubs, have volunteer experience etc.) I know you are probably going to tell me retake (which I am seriously considering) but I'm just wondering, what are my chances at the following schools?:

Georgetown PT
Cornell
BU
BC
Fordham
Brooklyn
Cardozo


Also, does anyone have any suggestions? I am interested in practicing in the Northeast (particularly NYC or Boston).

Oh and I'm not sure about what kind of law I want to practice, though I am interested in Big Law opportunities.

Retake is almost 100% necessary.

Fordham, Brooklyn, and Dozo are in play, but you probably won't get money at Fordham if you get in, and I wouldn't go to Brooklyn or Dozo if I wanted a big firm job.

You'll probably get Fordham PT, Cardozo, and Brooklyn, but that's about it.

Somewhat irrelevant but I have the same GPA and I had a 162. I got WL to BU/Cardozo. Rejected from BC/Fordham. Got into BK w/ $$$ which is where I'll be this fall.. You'll probably do a little better than me but only if competition doesn't get worse this coming cycle..

I think you have a good shot at bu, bc and fordham, but In This Economy I suggest taking the full ride at Brooklyn. apply to all.

Full ride at BLS? But their 75th-LSAT is 164. And IIRC, they are rather stingy w/ scholarships unless 167+
