I'm curious, does the application ask you somewhere if you have a legacy connection? How would the adcomm's know?
I plan on writing a Why Virginia, as it is my top choice, is it acceptable to mention a legacy in that essay? ie, I've always heard good things about it from my relative such and such. Obviously I would incorporate it in a natural manor.
