169, Ivy, T14?

I go to a 'lower' Ivy with a double major in a humanities and a science. LSAT is 169, which is lower than I had been scoring on practice tests by a few points. GPA is 3.9. I would be applying this coming fall in my senior year.
Do I have OK-chances at a top 6 school? What about the rest of the Top 14? I'd rather not be too far south (duke, uva), but would take it if nothing else works.
I know realistically HYS is not gonna happen. Would an ED at NYU be feasible? What about Chicago and Boalt? Finances are not too much of an issue.
I'm unsure about re-taking. I feel like I studied so much but just didn't bring my A game to the exam itself. Maybe I'd do better, but I'm worried I might just get ticked off and do worse. Would a retake really help me at a T6 if I got a 170 the second time?
