Do you have any work experience?
If you ED it should be to Northwestern (if you do have WE) or UVA/Penn (if you don't), if you can make/exceed 170. But first you need to get that score. It's meaningless to try to pick schools without a score, since your score will entirely decide where you have a shot at.

Assuming you get a 170, you should not be applying to so many shitty schools. GULC would be a possibility, Midwestern schools ranked 20-35 are you best bets.
Just play around with the Lawschoolnumbers graphs if you're just starting.

If you get 170, ED to GTown Part Time.

And if he doesn't get in, he should get a job in DC, and try again the year after.

If he's going to do something like this, he should live in VA for that year, even if he works in DC. That way when he reapplies to schools, he can apply to UVA in-state and have a much better shot at getting in.

Very good point. That way he could to the UVA then Gtown double dip ED. AKA the waterman maneuver.

UVA is a long shot, your only real chance is to get VA residency.
Forget about Fordham.
GWU is a possibility
UIUC is one of the shameless LSAT whoring schools I was talking about. Others include, Minnesota, WUSTL, Indiana, Washington and Lee, Georgia, Wake Forest, George Mason, SMU.....etc

Just transfer into the fulltime at Gtown after the first year. You'll still finish in three.

OP-what do you want to do/where do you want to do it? Your original list has you in about a half dozen different regions.

Bust your ass to raise your LSDAS GPA above 3.0. Since you haven't graduated, all coursework at community colleges will count towards your GPA. If I were in your shoes, I would take as many hours as I could fit into my schedule and afford. Some adcomms might not be too happy about your shameless efforts to raise your GPA, but others won't care because the only thing they report to the ABA are the final numbers (LSAT and GPA).
