If I were I'd take Michigan. That's the best your numbers will do, unless you retake and score higher.

It's not a different world out in the midwest. Maybe in a small town, but in large cities, or college towns it pretty much the same.

Go to Michigan, your family knows shit about law school.

Okay...coming from the perspective of someone who had a traumatic brain injury 5 years ago(at the age of 32), I say defer and attend Michigan. While going through the healing process from a TBI, you will feel compelled to remain close to home and close to your support system. Michigan is a sure thing and you will likely be ready to spread your wings next year. While it may not seem that you have cognitive impairments, you likely do and have simply not been in a situation that tests your analytical thinking, etc. I would not risk applying again and be careful using TBI as a way to gain favor for higher ranked schools. Those with TBI have significant changes to their behavior and personalities and cognitive function which can take years to fully manifest. TBI patients gradually heal over the long term and not on a reliable to easy course. I know I think differently than before my accident. I am very much a different person and that did not fully appear until about 2 years post accident...the first two years were very difficult. Just something to keep in mind.
