2.7 GPA w/ practice LSAT around 160, what are my chances?

Hello all,
So I've recently graduated from San Francisco State University with a 2.7 overall GPA. My first few years of college pretty much killed my GPA, with a 2.4 average (too much partying) :( , but over the last two years I have shown much improvement, keeping my GPA at SFSU around 3.0 the entire time, my last semester was 3.2
I'm currently taking a prep course and scoring in the high 150's to 160 range, so I wanted to ask what you think my chances were of getting into University of San Francisco or Santa Clara with these numbers? Is there anyone out there with my numbers who have gotten in or waitlisted? Would mentioning my improvement in grades over the last two years in my personal statement make much of a difference in the admissions process? Thanks for the help and any info you could provide :D

Look at these, as far as bringing up your upward trend, it is not going to help much.

I got waitlisted at Santa Clara yesterday if it helps. In terms of improvement, I had a 3.57 my senior year with a 3.89 my last semester. I doubt it has helped my applications much if any at all (aside from the obvious cumulative gpa boost).

Yeah, that helps some. Good to know what I'm looking at as far as Santa Clara and it seems they are stricter than USF so thats a plus.
