What's the minimum LSAT I'd need?

2.9 GPA/Econ major
I have one more year of college to bring my GPA up but if I can get into a good law school (being any of the schools on my list) out of undergrad, I'd go there.
What's the minimum LSAT I'd need to have a chance at any of these schools? I'm taking the LSAT this June.

Yale
Harvard
Stanford
Chicago
Columbia
NYU
UC-Berkeley
Michigan
UVA
Penn
Duke
Northwestern
Cornell
Georgetown
UCLA
UT-Austin
Minnesota

to be honest you have zero shot from yale down to berkeley even if you get a 180

you have a tiny shot at the other schools if you break 172

your best shot is Northwestern if you have work experience

other than that, try to break the 3.0 mark but yo basically need to rock the LSAT to have a far shot of even getting into one of those schools

if you can get 164-167, you'd be getting some t40s, maybe a few t30s.

With a 168-169, id say t30.

I don't know if you'd be able to get beyond 20 or so with that low of a gpa.

BTW. GET your gpa to 3.0.

3.0 is infinitly better than 2.9.

Words can't describe how much better it is.

Just go do it.

law school predictor= worthless for splitters.

I've gotten two scholarships to "weak consider" schools.

3.0x 164/5/6 ish (not even that extreme)

I'd stick with accepted applicant charts at lsn

TITCR. T14 is likely beyond your reach without a 175+ and/or work experience.

Yale - Impossible
Harvard - Impossible
Stanford - Impossible
Chicago - Impossible
Columbia - Impossible
NYU - Impossible
UC-Berkeley - Impossible
Michigan - 175
UVA - 175
Penn - 175
Duke - 175
Northwestern - 173
Cornell - 173
Georgetown - 173
UCLA - 173
UT-Austin - 173
Minnesota - 170
This is completely speculation and by no means should be taken for fact. The numbers will not necessarily get you in, but will give you a chance. A 172 with ED at NU, UVA, or GULC would be possible.

I hope this was a joke about T20. WUSTL and NU love splitters. Ranked 19 and 11 respectively. Looking at LSN, a 173+ gives you a pretty damn good shot at breaking T20 as long as you don't have a sub 2.5.

Seriously, though, no chance north of UVa. HYS are beyond impossible.

tell that to michael jordan, impossible is nothing. i think getting 5 180s on the LSAT will give you a small shot at HLS

haha +1. More or less correct.

To sum it up: RD, no shot at anything except Northwestern. (GULC PT to me does not exist.) With a 171+ and ED, maybe UVA, because UVA likes splitters.

You can cross off UT unless you are both a Texas resident and African American. If you are neither, anything below 3.25GPA is pretty much going to auto-dinged no matter the LSAT score.

UCLA - 170+ to have a shot.
UT-Austin - impossible
Minnesota 167

Some of this is good news and some of this is bad news (HYS, )
Virginia is probably one of my top choices of the schools I can get into.. a place I wouldn't mind committing to via ED.
What about Michigan and Penn Early Decision? I went on LSN and noticed that some super splitters got in these places ED.
Not as many as UVA.. but that was moreso because more splitters seemed to apply to UVA in general.

You seriously thought you had a shot at HYS with a 2.9 GPA? Come back after you've taken the damn test.

It looks like no one at Penn with below a 3.0 got in. Of the people who got in at Michigan, both had work experience, one of whose was substantial (10+ yrs.).
