Applying late in the cycle, 170/3.58...

How much does applying late in the application cycle really affect my application's stock? Can I still get into T14 with a 170/3.58/softs that are nothing special? Also, I scored a 168 on an earlier LSAT (The 170 is from the Feb LSAT).
I applied around Feb 1st to
Cornell
GTown
UCLA
USC
UT
Michigan

It's rough out there, man. I applied with similar stats late last year (170/3.47, but with some interesting softs), and I got rejected or waitlisted everywhere I applied (including Georgetown, UCLA, and Michigan). I hope you do better than I did -- maybe UT or USC, where I didn't apply, will be kind to you -- but steel yourself just in case.
