3.38/164 & questions re: post-bac/master's/transfer

I'm wondering what law schools I should have applied to.

I've taken the LSAT 2x and got 164 both times.
I've gotten slammed on this cycle because I thought my 2nd LSAT would improve.
I've graduated from college already.

I'd really like to attend Georgetown.

I know I need a higher LSAT score, but does anyone know whether improving my GPA with a post bac or a master's degree would improve my chances? Or should I just kiss my hopes goodbye?
I got into UC Hastings but I hear that the first year there is horrendously difficult. Also got into UOP's McGeorge, but I'm pretty sure that my chances of being able to transfer to a T14 school like Georgetown are close to zilch.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

To get into Georgetown, you'll probably need a 172+ LSAT.

Only your undergrad GPA counts in the LSAC calculation. A post-grad GPA will NOT help you to improve it.

edit: missing NOT
