I know the stats, but I'm not sure how much predictors consider URM and WE.
I'm looking for TLS "professional" speculation on my chances.

155 (prior score was 147)
10+ years WE
3 LORs from employers/supervisors, including a U of H alum and a South Texas alum
Good PS with overcoming adversity.

U of Houston (PT program stats)
154/162
median 3.43

South Texas
150/156
2.95/3.46

Indiana
157/164
3.24/3.78

Thanks in advance.

ETA: PT info for U of H

I'd guess Houston and Indiana could go either way, but you'll get into South Texas.

The 10 years of WE is a wildcard. Are you throwing away a career for a fresh start in law or are you taking a new angle on prior work that was impressive? If the former, the 10 years may not help you at all. If the latter, it can count for a great deal with the right school. 10 years of good WE is one way people get into law school being below 25th percentile on both LSAT and GPA.

I suppose the latter. 10 years as paralegal in Biglaw. 2 of my LORs are from partners that I have directly reported to for a number of years.

What I really want is someone with a crystal ball that can tell me that Houston will say yes.... :?
