8 schools-- your predictions?

LSAT:164
LSAC GPA: 3.39
-Asian female at a large private university in NYC
-majors: double major in social work and psychology
-minor: law & society
-softs: lots of internships + work experience in non-profits, psych research, and related fields; leadership positions in two clubs; some volunteer experience

what are my chances? &any add'l schools that i should apply to..?

GPA is killing you, you should consider retaking if you want law school. Try to get a 167 and you'll be in business.

Since you seem to like California, consider UC Davis as well as Hastings, and maybe UC Irvine as well. Also, Loyola-Los Angeles or USD would make good choices in California if you want to have some additional safe-ish schools out west to choose from. They're both more worth your time than Santa Clara (although Santa Clara is better for the Bay Area and is also safer for admission).
There are a ton of other schools that might consider, but you seem to have a California-NYC axis (except the misfit UNC), so I'm ignoring schools outside of those regions.
Retaking could definitely help your chances, though. If you get an LSAT in the high 160s, it will open a lot of doors that are currently shut.

You're going to get into Brooklyn. No waitlist required unless the class if full already.
Try St. John's its a peer of Brooklyn.
